I am a full-stack software developer focused on creating web applications mainly using open-source solutions.
I started developing (essentially copying BASIC code from Journals to screen) when i was 8, using a Philips MSX VG-8010.
At the age of 15 I started running Linux on Intel hardware. After numerous failures with various distributions, I gave a try to BeOS; later I discovered NetBSD and I switched definitively to it thanks to an helpful guide written by Federico Lupi.
After becoming comfortable with this BSD-licensed operating system, I started asking myself "How does it work ?"; that's when I found out that NetBSD was written in C. Some days later I started to read "The C Programming Language" written by Brian Kernighan and Dennis Ritchie.
My passion for Software led me to Milan, where I applied to "Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca" to follow a course in Computer Science. Two years and a half later, I left my studies and I started working in a very cool web agency as Junior Devop.
Today, after nine years experience, I work as a Freelance Software Developer and I'm finishing my studies in Computer Science at "Università degli Studi di Camerino".
