I'm Alex, a Portlandic softwaresmith with an interest in competitive games, web technologies, and machine learning. I'm also the developer of an indie fighting game called BoxFighter, which I made from scratch in C++. I balk at the idea of calling myself an "expert," but I've got some chops and I love helping people out. I'm always trying to learn more and build on my present skills. Every new problem is an opportunity for me to learn something, and I learn best by solving problems.
