I'm currently employed with the United States Air Force supplying virtual infrastructure solutions for our troops across Europe. I was thrust upon this position and had to learn all levels of the OSI Model without previously knowing what an IP address was. After putting my head down and learning the hard way what it takes to run a Data Center, I quickly obtained a skill set that takes years to evolve. Coming from a customer service background, one of my biggest skills is being able to translate advanced IT-speak into plain old English - I never forgot how I used to be that clueless Airman wondering what all that IT lingo meant. Now I can troubleshoot issues in the Data Center up and down the stack. I love challenges and learning how to integrate VMware solutions to better accomplish the mission. Most of all, I love teaching our new troops and I believe I'd be able to help you out as well. Each organization has its own challenges and sometimes the lingo can act as a barrier that prevents admins new to this technology from accomplishing the mission. I am here to help break those barriers down and get your virtual Data Center up and running, no matter how big or small.
