After being a student of Mathematics and Computer Science, I'm now a Web Developer.
I've been programming since 2001 and I started working as a freelancer in 2002.
In the early years, I was passionate about Flash and ActionScript (especially AS3 and OOP), but those days are long gone.
My RIA used PHP and MySQL for the backend. AMFPHP, ZendAMF, XML made part of my days.
Thanks to my will to help others in 2002 I became a Moderator of the ActionScript and Scripting and Backend board at FlashKit.com.
I was an active member of the community and I wrote several articles and tutorials. I also had the chance to review the "Flash XML Applications" book by Joachim Bernhard Schnier.
At some point I adopted CodeIgniter for my PHP/MySQL needs, and later on I moved to Laravel.
This is what I mostly do these days: building the backend for websites.
jQuery and Bootstrap come into play here.
I love learning new stuff and seeing things functioning! Teaching and helping are also quite rewarding.
